Blender gets Global Illumination

Finally 🙂

It's still under heavy development but it's already very promising!

So it's got environment lighting, multiple light bounces, mesh emitters and a caching (irradiance cache) system already. very nice.

Only problems I ran into is using a cache with lots of small mesh emitters, otherwise, brilliant!
